Dar is a leading political and public activist.  Dar is highly experienced in working and leading civil-society movements and activities.

Previously, Dar served as a Liaison to Parliament and Government on the staff of Deputy Minister of Defense, MK Matan Vilnai. Dar was also responsible for the Humanitarian applications at the Deputy Minister's office.

Dar has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Conflict Research, Negotiation and Mediation Program at Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Educational Counseling from Tel Aviv University. She is also a certified Mediator.
