blueThe Zionist enterprise has reached a critical crossroad: In a few years, the Jewish majority in the land of Israel, between the Mediterranean and Jordan River, will be gone. Such a development will lead to the loss of either the State's Jewish character or its democratic one. Continuing to control the lives of the Palestinians and abandoning tens of thousands of settlers – indeed, the State's emissaries – in areas that will clearly never be part of the State of Israel – will lead us directly to a bi-national state or to Apartheid. Either option will destroy Israel as we want it to be.
Blue White Future is a non-partisan public movement composed of people who have decided to rise and act. We realize that we must do all that is in our power to help promote a political arrangement based on the principle of two states for two peoples because without it, the Jewish homeland in Israel will be lost. Plain and simple. We have relatively young people as well as various experienced ones with renowned achievements.
We are unapologetically Israeli, Jewish and Zionist. We believe that every Israeli government can and must act responsibly to guarantee the existence of a Jewish and democratic state with a solid Jewish majority for generations to come. We want a Jewish state alongside a Palestinian one and not a bi-national state for all of us, because such a state will be a disaster.
Polls consistently demonstrate that Israelis overwhelmingly support the two-state solution. But this majority is not being heard. This majority has lost its sense of relevance and the belief in its ability to make a difference. This is the majority we seek to represent and empower. If this majority does not speak out loud and clear NOW, a coalition of extremists will control the landscape – and then it will really be too late. Either there will be a two-state solution or nothing here will be relevant for us.
The opponents of the two-state solution are being heard. You bet they are. So we have set out to provide the people of Israel with tools to express their support for a goal that is both necessary and consensual. Because if their voices are not heard, the leaders will lack the courage to lead.
We are looking for people who are willing to set aside skepticism and cynicism for a moment and act for their own benefit, and for their children’s. At first, we will be on the Web, and then also on the ground. But most importantly, "we" means all of us because, most likely, Blue White Future speaks for you. And because it is one future for all of us.
